Description: Currently she is living in England's house as a maid under him, private maid to his sister United Scotland. She is a bit of a Tsundere, she is serious, shy and timid around new people but gradually warms up to them showing her impulsive side. She can be really ferocious and sour towards those she dislikes or those who anger her, and never backs down even if the outlook is hopeless. She has the tenancy to follow other nations around thus her culture is heavily based on other Slavic and Balkan countries, she also tends to call any Slavic or Balkan state brother (nii-san) or sister (nee-san) including Italy even though only a single city there is Balkan. She has lived with England since 1995, where she has begun to try and develop a strong independence without relying on others using the recent tourist boom.
Past: She has a hate and fear for Turkey after she was taken by him to become part of the Ottoman Empire when she was only a young nation. This also gave way to lasting friendship with Greece who she fought alongside wish along with Bulgaria of which she developed almost a rivalry after his betrayal. She hated him once but realised he regretted ever going against her and his former allies during the Balkan Wars and World War II. She was targeted by Austria-Hungary and Germany during World War I, but was luckily protected by her fellow Slavic state Russia who became her closest ally. She and other Eastern European countries lived in a house called Yugoslavia after World War I which eventually collapsed. During World War II her home was split as some people wanted to be protected by English and American forces and others who wanted to be communist like Russia, so thus almost a subconscious war between the Allied forces after the Axis was defeated took place, to which Russia won. So she worked under Russia for some time but eventually became an independent communist state (national communism) due to orders from her superior at the time. Recently a lot of people who were living in her house have moved away like Kosovo, sometimes she feels lonely about this and has had to have support from Greece, Spain and Russia.

Serbia: *knocks lightly on door* Uh... Scotland-sama? England-sama? I'm back from Bulgaria's house...

Scotland: Ah! Serbia! *hugs* I finished the boat! *points outside the window into the lake*

Serbia: *looks up at boat* Wow... thats huge! It's almost as big as England-sama's ships! *grins* It's good to be back!

Scotland: *cheekily grins back* And who do you think made those ships, eh? *hugs her* I missed you!

Serbia: *hugs back* Heheh, any ship you could make can take down a whole fleet of Spanish ships! Oh! *rummages in a bag and brings out a box* A present I brought back from a Bulgarian market! I also have presents for England-sama and Sealand...
